Benjamin Franklin is famously known as one of the non-presidents of the United States to make it onto a dollar bill ($100; portrayed by the picture up top). He is also well-known for his experiment that discovered electricity involving a kite and a key during a thunderstorm. He was an inventor, author, printer, political theorist, politician, postmaster, scientist, musician, satirist, civic activist, statesman, and diplomat. Other than that however, much is not known about him, so the purpose of this website is to educate you all about this historically impacting person.
